With Ajinomoto Vietnam (AVN), for 30 years since its establishment in 1991, we have been increasingly confident with our vision to become the most beloved & reliable company in Vietnam with “Specialty” in food & health, and the mission: Contribute to the further growth of Vietnam, the happiness & good health of people in Vietnam through food culture & food resources development.

AVN, whose first manufacturing plant & also Head Office is located in Bien Hoa I Industrial Zone, Dong Nai was established in February 1991 with 100% initial Japanese investment capital of up to 8 million USD.
Constantly, AVN has scaled up its production facilities with the second plant in Long Thanh Industrial Park, Dong Nai in 2008, and launching the next factory after 8 years also in Long Thanh. Additionally, the Company now has two offices in HCMC & Hanoi, along with 63 sales depots & 3 distribution centers nationwide.
With an initial workforce of just over 50, AVN’s current headcount is more than 2,300 employees, contributing to maintaining stable jobs not only in Dong Nai but also nationwide, with stable compensation & benefits for employees.
Deriving from AJI-NO-MOTO®, for over 30 years, AVN has always strived to provide a diverse portfolio of seasoning, food, beverage and nutritionally supplemented products with the highest quality & safety; which fit the taste & demand of Vietnamese consumers. Currently, the Company markets more than 35 products, which are distributed & trusted by Vietnamese consumers all over the nation.

Provide information & knowledge to consumers on product application, nutrition, food safety through the TV program “Mon Ngon Moi Ngay”, cooking classes, plant tours, etc.

Support the nutrition improvement for people through collaboration with the Vietnamese Government & organizations such as the “School Meal Project” which provides standard, nutritionally balanced menus for primary school students; the "Vietnam Nutrition system Establishment Project" (VINEP) which aims to establish a nutrition training system at major medical universities across the country & a system of laws / regulations related to nutrition to support professional nutrition practice; and the “Mother & Children Project” which contributes to the nutritional & health care for pregnant women, breastfeeding mothers and children aged 7 months to 60 months, together with other activities and initiatives.
